I am a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MSc, B.A. (Hons), P.G. Dip.) offering private individual & couples therapy in Purley and South London.
As an Integrative Practitioner - simply put this means I am trained to deliver more than one type of therapy model - I specialise in both brief, solution-focused therapy as well as longer-term, in-depth treatment contracts.
Having worked from within NHS, Hospice, Mental Health and Substance Misuse Charity settings, as well as in Private Practice, I have extensive experience in working with a wide variety of individuals and diverse presenting issues.
An Accredited Member of The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by their code of ethics and professional standards. I am also a BUPA recognised therapist and an experienced Clinical Supervisor.
